Some changes are good, and ProENTRY IV pioneers revolutionary pricing and policies -- all intended to benefit you.

All ProENTRY IV prices and fees are published so you know exactly what to expect.
ProENTRY IV is now sold directly to you and our prices reflect this. Your investment is reduced to maximize the value you receive.
Three licensing options (Annual, Monthly, or Per-Order) are available to suit your needs in this difficult economic environment.
Pay only for what you need. Licensing is based on the number of concurrent users, not the number of seats or installations. Purchase licensing for only the exact number of concurrent users you require and add or drop users at any time.
To help you succeed, ProENTRY IV offers a unique discount on your license for bundled premium support and training.

Your license entitles you to:

Use of the software during the term of the license.
All upgrades as they become available; excluding new premium features.
Basic technical support via discussion groups and email.

Discount for Bundled Tech-Blocks

Our goal is to help you succeed, and we know training and support are important for success. To encourage investment in these valuable services, we offer a discount on the initial license fee of 35% of the value of Tech-Blocks purchased with your license, up to 50% of the license fee; not applicable to per-order credit purchases.

About the monthly license subscription program:

The Monthly License program requires a one year minimum commitment.
Early termination will result in the revocation of your license.
A simple monthly activation is required using a code provided via email after receipt of payment. ProENTRY IV will cease to function if payment is not tendered.
Your license fees remain locked in during the period of your commitment, even if ProENTRY IV licensing fees are increased.

About the Per-Order license subscription program:

Control overhead with a pre-determined cost for each order.
Pay based upon your order volume by purchasing only the number of order credits required. (It is not possible to create orders when you have no order credits.)
The Per-Order license requires a one year minimum commitment.
Adding order credits requires a code provided via email after receipt of payment.
Your license fees remain locked in during the period of your commitment, even if ProENTRY IV licensing fees are increased.

Optional Modules and Capabilities

Integrated Manufacturing

Access accurate, timely manufacturing data from within ProENTRY IV. Manufacturing data is generated at runtime, not in batches, providing unique opportunities for their use and modifications. Integrated manufacturing includes Runtime Validation.

Runtime Validation

Runtime validation uses a subset of ProENTRY IV's powerful manufacturing facility to permit user defined parametric validation of products and modifications. Feedback is immediate, forcing customer service representatives to correct invalid data entry and configurations immediately.

Fax and Fax Server

Send documents such as acknowledgements and invoices by facsimile from within ProENTRY IV just as if you were printing a report. The fax server software centralizes and manages all ProENTRY IV fax activity on one or more computers.

A fax Server is a single computer with one or more fax modems on which a single ProENTRY IV fax Server installation is completed. The number of fax Modems per fax Server may be limited by the operating system. Each modem requires a phone line. Any number of fax Server licenses may be obtained at the stated licensing fees.

Support for 20-20's ShopWare Product Planner

Leverage your investment in 20-20's ShopWare Product Planner by transferring ProENTRY IV orders, Spec-Groups, and products for manufacturing.

Remote Dealer Access

Empower your dealers and provide them access to ProENTRY IV so they can create quotations and orders themselves. Orders and catalogs are all stored on your server so you have immediate access and full control. Inquire for more information.

Credit Card Processing

Increase sales and reduce receivables by offering your dealers the option to pay by credit card. Per-transaction plus a percentage of the transaction. Rates and initial setup vary and are determined by card processor.
