ProENTRY Echelon IV version 4.30.0602
4.30.0602.00 2010-02-24
Enhanced CRM for Customer Service
This release adds several significant enhancements to assist customer
service representatives in their routine duties by keeping them
apprised of relevant issues, enabling them to schedule their
activities, and by keeping them apprised of outstanding
client issues.
- Enhancement: The Order Management module displays a message when
it detects that the ProENTRY IV Service Manager is not running and
offers the operator an opportunity to launch it.

It is important that the Service Manage is running as it provides
services to support many of the CRM notifications as well as
providing notifications when the Order Management module is
minimized or not running. As always, the Service Manage offer the
option of starting automatically when the user logs in, either as a
service or as a Startup application, depending upon the Windows
version. It is strongly recommended that this option be used.
- Enhancement: Calendar and event scheduling supported by
one-year, one-month, weekly, and daily scheduling windows as well as
a events pane in the main Order and Clients window.

These windows are accessible from the main menu and from the Order
and Clients window task bar.

Events are created and updated with the Event update window. This
window is accessible from window above or from the new Events pane
in the Order and Clients window.

- Enhancement: Several additions and improvements to the Order and
Clients window.

- Event Notification window displays event reminders and events
that are past due
- Open Memos window displays a list of all open client memos
- Events pane displays current events and past due events with
details
- Client (dealer) memos for the currently selected client are
displayed in a relation tree
- Expanded task panel provides access to calendars as well as
events in the Events pane. Also added in the task panel are
functions related to client memos.
- The Service and Print Manager status message has been expanded
