ProENTRY Echelon IV version 4.21.0479

  • It is now possible to sort orders in the Orders and Clients relation tree by descending order number.
  • It is now possible for the licensed user and/or dealers to define the invoice number as being the same as the order number. In the event that this would result in duplicate invoice numbers, a unique suffix is automatically appended.
  • A new door pricing model associates door prices with finish materials, thus permitting door prices to be associated with finishes without the necessity of assigning door prices to each finish color.

In this configuration, the door style update takes on this appearance and a door price update capability is enabled.
  • Enhancements to the order export functions:
    • For Product Planner users who permit mixed door styles in Spec-Groups, ProENTRY now displays the door type of each product. Additionally, a drop-down list permits filtering of products by door type (base, wall, or no doors).
    • Product Planner product codes are now displayed with the line items.
    • It is no longer possible to tag line items for export to Product Planner that do not have associated Product Planner product codes.
    • When exporting Spec-Groups with mixed door styles, ProENTRY now embeds a "B" or "W" in the .ext file name to signify that the file references the base or wall door cabinets for the Spec-Group.
    • Records referencing export batch headers for which no .ext records exist are now automatically purged when opening the ext batch management window.
    • The .ext batch management window now includes a "Clean Up" button used to remove any records referencing nonexistent .ext files as well as export batch headers for which no .ext records exist.
  • The door style update window now includes additional configuration verification to assure that parameters are configured as required in order for ProENTRY to properly calculate door prices.
  • A bug that could prevent access to Product Planner maintenance windows has been resolved.
  • Several minor bug and cosmetic fixes have been implemented.

Known issues

  • The custom window frame rendering fails to display some windows properly. If this interferes with your use of ProENTRY IV, simply disable the custom window frames for now.
